About

As a New York Times bestselling collaborator, writer, editor, and consultant, my clients run the gamut from doctors and professors to spiritual teachers and wellness experts. They’ve included actors, stylists, influencers, thought leaders, social media creators, and international brands.

As a collaborator, I help with all stages of the publishing process. I also work closely with editors and agents to ensure poignant narratives and inspired, on-brand messages. I’m often called to edit, revise, and polish manuscripts after they’re written.

Of the five books I’ve published, Boy Vey! and The Joy of Text made the most noise. The first was featured as a Jeopardy! clue (3x!), while New York magazine said the second book “shrewdly and wittily point[ed] the way on alphanumeric dating”—long before the Bumbles and Tinders of the world. I continue to write and edit for magazines and online sites, too.

Beyond publishing, I tackle branding challenges with retailers and marketing firms. As editorial director for Nike Women, my team received various Clios, One Show pencils, and Cannes Cyber Lions. I’ve worked with West Elm, The Mom Complex, and Calico as a creative consultant and copywriter.

I’ve spoken at trade shows (BEA, NEBA), as well as “Girls Night Out” retail and social events. I’ve been quoted in The New York TimesNew York MagazineSunday Times of LondonFinancial TimesChicago TribuneNew York PostHuffington PostAssociated Press, and more.

After nearly 20 years in Manhattan, I moved to coastal Connecticut and continue to work with clients all over the world.
